Plays & Players

Plays & Players is a century-old, nonprofit theatre in Philadelphia. Since 2009, Rachel Dukeman and R&R Creative consulted on audience development strategies for marketing and public relations; assisted with graphic design and brand identity including logo design and website development.

Most recently, Rachel Dukeman held the position of Managing Director at Plays & Players, a century-old, nonprofit theatre in Philadelphia. Under her direction, the theatre made a strategic change from a volunteer-led to staff-run organization. Plays & Players also doubled its operating budget over the four years of Rachel’s tenure, a powerful move toward sustainability for the historic company, and a testament to Rachel’s holistic approach to business management.
